Privacy and cookie policy.
This notice explains how BECHIS ADV SRL processes the personal data collected through the website www.albertobechis.it: only the data you send us through the contact form or by email, plus the technical data needed for the site to work. The site sets no profiling, analytics or advertising cookies. Last updated: 5 October 2026.

2. Applicable law
The controller is established in the Republic of San Marino and processes data in accordance with Law no. 171 of 21 December 2018, “Protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data”, which is modelled on the European regulation. Where it applies to data subjects located in the European Union, processing also complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
3. What data we process
Data you send us
If you fill in the contact form, we process the data you enter: full name, company, job title, business email, telephone, chosen topic and the text of your message. Only the fields marked as required are mandatory; without them we cannot reply. The same applies to data contained in emails you send to our addresses or give us by telephone.
Please do not include in your message special categories of data (for example health data) or personal data of third parties unless you are entitled to do so.
Data used for spam protection
The form contains a hidden field, which people do not see and automated programs fill in, and records how long the form took to complete. These are used only to discard automated submissions and are not used to identify or track you.
Technical browsing data
Like any website, this one is hosted on servers that automatically log some technical information about requests (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). These logs are managed by the hosting provider and are used for the operation and security of the site.
The site does not use analytics, profiling or advertising tools, does not embed social media content and does not load resources from third-party servers: fonts and scripts are hosted on our own domain. Details are in the cookies section below.

Your data is not used for newsletters or promotional communications. Should we wish to send you such content in the future, we would ask for specific, separate consent.
5. How we process data and who can see it
Data is processed electronically, with appropriate security measures and only for the purposes stated. The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Your data may be accessed by Alberto Bechis and by the people authorised by BECHIS ADV SRL who handle your request. If your request concerns activities carried out by a company in the network (BECHIS TECH, Bechis & Partners, Carattere), the data may be shared with that company only to answer that request and only with your agreement.
The providers of the website hosting and email services process data on our behalf as data processors. Data is not sold, not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes and not disclosed publicly.
6. Where data is processed
Data is processed in the Republic of San Marino and by the providers mentioned above, with servers in the European Union. Should a transfer to other countries become necessary, it would take place only with the safeguards provided for by articles 45–47 of Law 171/2018 and by Chapter V of the GDPR.
7. How long we keep data
- Contact requests not followed by an engagement: up to 24 months from the last exchange, after which they are deleted.
- Data relating to an engagement: for the duration of the relationship and, after it ends, for the period required by civil-law and tax obligations.
- Technical server logs: for the period set by the hosting provider for security purposes.
8. Your rights
At any time you may request:
- access to your data and a copy of it;
- rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data;
- erasure of your data, unless it must be kept by law;
- restriction of processing;
- portability of the data you have provided to us;
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- to withdraw your consent, without affecting processing already carried out.
These rights are provided for by articles 15–22 of Law 171/2018 and articles 15–22 of the GDPR. To exercise them, write to info@albertobechis.it: we will reply without undue delay and in any case within one month of the request, a period that may be extended in the cases provided for by law.
We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
9. Complaints to the supervisory authority
If you believe the processing breaches the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority of the Republic of San Marino (Autorità Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.sm), under article 66 of Law 171/2018. If you are in the European Union, you may also contact the supervisory authority of the country where you live, work or where the alleged breach took place (art. 77 GDPR): in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
10. Minors
The site is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if we introduce new services or tools on the site. The version in force is always published on this page, with the date of the last update: 5 October 2026.
12. Cookies
In short: www.albertobechis.it does not use profiling, analytics or advertising cookies and does not load third-party content. That is why you will not see a banner asking for your consent.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in the visitor's browser so that it can find them again on later visits. Similar tools (pixels, the browser's local storage, device fingerprinting) work in a comparable way. They fall into three groups:
- technical cookies, strictly necessary for the site to work or to provide a service you have requested: they do not require your consent;
- analytics cookies, which measure visits: they require consent, unless they are anonymised and used only by the controller in aggregate form;
- profiling and advertising cookies, which track user behaviour in order to show content or ads: they always require prior consent.
What this site uses
This site is made of static pages. It does not set analytics, profiling or advertising cookies, does not use the browser's local storage to track you and does not embed third-party services such as maps, videos, social media buttons or analytics tools. Fonts, images and scripts are hosted on our own domain, so your visit is not communicated to anyone else.
The contact form sends the data you enter to our server only when you press “Send request” and does not store cookies. The processing of that data is described in the sections above.
The social media icons in the footer are simple links: they load nothing until you click them. Once on the social network, that platform's rules apply.

Should the hosting provider set strictly necessary technical cookies, for example for security or traffic distribution, these do not require consent and will be listed in this table.
Why there is no banner
Consent is required for cookies and tracking tools other than technical ones, as provided for by article 111 of Law no. 171 of 21 December 2018 of the Republic of San Marino and, for users in Italy, by article 122 of the Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) and the Italian Data Protection Authority's cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021. Since the site uses no such tools, there is nothing to ask your consent for.
If anything changes
If we decide to measure visits or use other tools that require consent, we will update this page and show a banner allowing you to accept or refuse them before they are activated, with the option to change your mind at any time.
